Do you play Hand and Foot? If so, you might be interested in making one of these card trays to hold your discards.
Once cut out, sand a 5 to 10 degree angle in each piece where the parts join together and then glue with Aileens tacky glue....
At the end of the show, they showed how a thick plastic stencil could be used to make raised plaster designs around the home. So naturally I thought that I could use the Platprinter to cut out these stencils, and make some really interesting designs. Has anyone done anything like this before? Here are some links to what others have done:
I started, as usual, by making a basic drawing in SU of how I want it to work. The design needed to include a way to attach an optional foot that will tilt the box and some passive ventilation with the...
She comes back from the craft store with this kit (5 pieces of CNC cut MDF) for a "craft box". She tells me that folks buy and decorate these things for all kinds of purposes - Valentine's Day Cards, postcards, recipe cards, etc. What got me was that she paid $10 for these five pieces of MDF. There are wheel chocks cut into the top plate. The height of the supports could be adjusted if 3 different heights were needed for a gold / bronze / silver tiered setup. I setup the Phlatscript with a material thickness of 5/16 because I had some really wavy FFF. This design was setup in a 21"X22" area, so it will print on 1/2 sheet of material.
