Do you play Hand and Foot? If so, you might be interested in making one of these card trays to hold your discards.

I use a long shank 1/6" bit from bitbits.com (http://bitsbits.com/index.php?main_page ... ord=dp062f) to cut this out in 3 passes.

Once cut out, sand a 5 to 10 degree angle in each piece where the parts join together and then glue with Aileens tacky glue....

It was designed for a solid, printed piece of plastic but I did it in layers of light-ply. Four pieces, the two center pieces are pocketed to make the slot for the Quarter.

p.s. These are set up to cut 5 on one sheet of 1/4" fan fold foam or you could use 6mm depron
Just glue the number to the front and ear pieces on (like the picture)
Add a little paint and glitter and your on your good to go!
I added a little to much paint to fast and it started to dissolve the foam a little ...
