I have to say that this build is a lot of work and is for the experienced builder that does not frustrate easily :)

The whole engine was made from 3mm foam with glue sticks as the axle shafts.
The cylinders are tight so be sure to sand them and test slide them so that they are lose.
Feel free to improve on the design as seen fit and please post pictures for your builds should you take this project on....

Also included in the zip file is the font that I used, It's great for foam as it has a strike-thru (?) in it that gives your cut-aways some support, not just a big open hole.

It's not great but it woks well.
I set it up for a 1/16" bit and 3/16 material as the 1/4" fanfold that I have is very thin. I wanted tight fits.

-Tape kept unsticking itself, sometimes with the table dropping, or worse sticking to the material I was cutting
- for some other materials I wanted the end of the tables raised, so one can have different legs/heights.
-the "phlatboyz.com" writing annoyed me because it caught the Depron from time to time, so removed it

so i made that... not complete yet, but in making.

I probably went a little overboard to get silence, but I have designed and started building an insulated sound cover to trap cutting noise, even at the low dremel setting. I am hoping to get so little sound I can run the PhlatPrinter at night in my apartment and not bother my neighbors.

The enclosure is called the "Cone of Silence" and takes 12 sheets of foam to make, I hope it frackin works!
