One of my biggest pet peeves in the 3D printing hobby is a poorly wound roll of filament. In the form of crossovers, bad kinks, noncontinuousness( :questions: ) and just plain not on a roll at all. I just did a deal with a guy who's getting out and almost every roll sprung and crossed during shipping. Sure I could sit around and babysit a temperamental roll or hand feed but I'd rather not. I just print to much big stuff and most of it is at night. Btw, all it took was one Craigslist ad...

Guys,
So I want in on the 3D printing fun and did not get in on the first round of PhlatBot kits. Is there any plan to offer some form of basic hardware kits or gantry plates & brackets thru the openBuilds.com?

I can go shopping for bit and pieces else where but would like to support you guys if that is in the works?

Saw this from my puzzle guy. He's a Shapeways user, or similar, and this print came out of the machine together. I'll just do mine in pieces Anyone got a quick link to a picture of the parts and concept. I hate re-inventing the wheel if I don't have to.
