Hi everyone,
Well since the Phlatprinter was born I have always wanted to do a mod to keep the dust down and after seeing Fozzy work his magic I went ahead and finished my mod here are some pics!!
I still need to fine tune the large hose placement as it hung up on the flex shaft of the rotozip and actually stopped the bits rotation... hence causing some ripping and tearing of my foam sheet
Non the less once I find a down cut bit I hope to be able to contain some of the foam and more...

I have recently had a need to make several bit changes during some semi-production runs I have been making. I wanted to be able to change the bit at any location of the Y axis travel without having to remove the material to be cut.

I made the components out of an old street sign that just happened to be laying out behind the shop. The parts are all 1/4" in width. I built this on the fly so I do not currently have a dimensional drawing of it. If anyone would like I can whip one...
The three main selling points of my version of the mod are:
A) There is no drilling or changing the layout of the Phlatprinter involved, the parts just bolt onto the YZ gantry via the EXISTING holes.
B) It does not limit any travel range of the Y axis.
