    I'm sorry, I badly I know English.
After installation I have a problem: At the start of SU8pro appears on the problem while downloading the file phlatBone.rb "No such file or directory - C:\users\Дмитрий\AppData\Roaming\Sketchup
Also can not save the tool - or rather they are not saved.
    Please, help me.

first, go to the folder C:\users\Дмитрий\AppData\Roaming\
    second, create the folder 'Sketchup'

    or
install Sketchup2015 which will create that folder for you because that is where is stores all of its settings (same as Sketchup 2013 and 2014).

Could this be related to the Cyrillic alphabet?

should not be, but could be.

That folder is where all options and tools are stored, so it has to exist and be accessible from Sketchup.

what operating system are you using?

looks like SK8 has a problem with Cyrillic
    http://sketchucation.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=323&t=51179

either you can create a new user with no Cyrillic in the name and then test. it should work.

otherwise you may be forced to upgrade to Sketchup2015 which uses Ruby 2 and hopefully does not have a problem with non Ascii filenames

    Thanks. Apparently Cyrillic.
About creating a new user I too thought. Did. Earned. Thank you for your help.
