Sorry in advance - bit of a nubie to this. I'm running Sketchup 2015 on a Macbook Pro with Mavericks.
SkechUcam installed OK and I can generate what looks like valid GCode when viewed in an editor - but when I try to launch the Plot GCode window from Sketchup nothing happens (no window visible) Plot GCode is reading the GCode file "gcode_out.cnc" because if I delete it Plot GCode complains its missing. I've fiddled with the SketchUcam misc options to no avail. Any clues?

I don't have a Mac so that I can't give you the answer to that but I remember reading about it here in this forum. swarfer had answered it before somewhere. It's a thing with Mac and not with the SketchUcam. It may be in the help file in SketchUcam. Did you look there? If not search this forum.

Thanks TigerPilot! - I found the answer on the forum - it seems a separate program called Gplot is fired up by SketchUcam - but its a windows program - so won't work for Mac.:( But it looks like you can set up a different program to be launched. There are other Gcode viewers for OSX - so I'm going to give a few a try.

Just downloaded it. Looks superb. Really pleasing to see my first attempts will appear to go through just fine.

I do have a couple of warnings though - and the part doesnt appear to have gone all the way through despite it being told to in Sketchucam?

You have to manually set the material thickness and offset. The auto detect always gets it wrong.
So if your material is 6mm, set that for the thickness and set -6mm for the z offset.
