    Hi Guys!!
The Cornwall Air Ambulance landed right next to my house about an hour or so ago... Managed to grab some video as they were leaving, and I thought that as you guys are as nutty as me about anything that can fly, I'd better post it to YouTube so you could see it....

Notice my neighbour moaning that it's messed up her hair!! ROFL :D Mind you she's right when she says "that's the bit of excitement for today"

    Enjoy!!

    Best Regards,
    Julian (Fozzy The Bear)

I can just imagine how crazy that would have been to hear when your sitting in your house. It probably sounded like it was gonna land on the house lol.
Looks like a nice day there.

You're not wrong  I was sitting at the computer upstairs when that thing cleared my roof by about 10 feet!!! I thought it was sounding a bit low for a few seconds before that and the next thing I see is the underside of a helicopter and its landing skids go straight past my window..... After I picked myself up off the deck I headed outside to take al look. :D All very cool!

Very cool Fozzy! that is one nice looking heli too!
Did you find out who they were picking up and why? It would be nice to say a prayer for them.
Thanks for this cool video Fozzy

Yes it was a guy who lives just around the corner from us, he had a heart attack this morning, He's been Ill for quite some time. But the ground ambulance crew managed to stabilise him, so they didn't need to air lift him out. Which then freed the Helicopter up, and as they're leaving here, they're heading over towards St Ives, where they had another shout, because there was a fishing boat accident over there. I don't know the details of that yet.... But it does feel great to see that machine doing what we helped raise the money for it to do.

Cool, I remember in elementary school they had someone land a two seater heli right in the school field and come talk to the kids. I see some fps strobe effect in the rotor. Reminds me of this other cool video:

Wow, that was cool!! When I was a kid, helicopters would land in my grandmom's field next to her house if someone needed to be airlifted.

Isn't it amazing the things we remember from childhood.... I can remember going to airshows and even now I can remember more or less what aircraft were on the program. 40 years ago..
