That looks awesome Bruce! I love these little micros and this looks like it will be a fun flyer! Now you have to make two of them because I don't think Haley is giving that one up :D
    Good job!

    We did cut 2 Mark ! ;)

I figured this morning that i should add a little color to at least the top wing so as i could tell top from bottom. Sharpies to the rescue !.........

The careful observer will find a small problem with my 8 balls.....

My motor and gearbox, and the props for this plane are being delivered today. That will tell me where to mount everything.

I should be flying tomorrow ...........

And i do intend to try for a video Peter . :) Attached files [IMG]

I thought i had the CG nailed. :(

This plane flys tail heavy under power. and nose heavy under glide ?
I never seen that before ?

It will hover for a short second or so then something strange happens. It wont come out of a hover....... Hummm

    Small video is attatched
The full video is full of crashes so i just pulled out this small bit to show it does fly  Attached files S-Video (May 29).cut.wmv (2.4 MB)Â

Adjust your down angle on your motor a couple degrees

I agree, these little planes are really sensitive to any little deflection or thrust angle difference.
    Still very cool Bruce :)

Bruce is this design from a free plan set? If so do you have the scaled up version you could share as well?
    Thank you

Yes the plan was from a free plan website .http://www.aeroplaza.nl/

The size it is now is the size the designer intended. So there is no larger file.
but it could be scaled to any size you would want.

Notice i have it set up to cut 2 planes per sheet.

    Thanks Bruce :)
That is a great deal on that plane too.
I just found out that the reason its so cheap is that they released a new version a couple days ago! :D
    Thank you for sharing
