Well, too windy to try and fly today so I got bored and starting doodling around in SU and this thing appeared :?: Yep, a bread box. It looked pretty cool so I thought I'd cut on out for my wife, just for fun.

It came out really well. I'm posting the files here since I already have them done I figured someone might need a bread box.

The big "B" on top is for our last name, not for Bread, so you may wanna change that.

Nice job, I'm a real newbie to sketchup and I looked at your design. What is the double lines I see?
    Again nice job,
    Jim

Buk, tell me you didn't make the bread box out of FFF. Please, say it isn't so. :D :D :D

Sheesh, not only do I have to breath blue dust, now I have to eat it too??? :D :D

I like the concept. I think I'll cut one too, out of wood, of course.

@JamesRS I think the double lines your seeing is from the phlatscript, those are the actual cutting lines that take into account the bit diameter.

Some shelf paper on the inside would make that really nice. :D

Thanks for the the comments everybody.

@JamesRS, Gefahren is right the double line is the cut path that my Phlatprinter will follow when it is cutting out the parts. These lines appear after you apply the Phlatscript to your design. In turn the Phlatscript also uses this "second" line when it generates the gcode (.cnc) cut files.

@Mark and Trish  I was waiting on that one.

@ Yoram, Yep FFF, and yes I think it would look awesome cut from wood. If you make one from wood please post some pics.

@Frank, Great idea, I hadn't thought of it. If I get a Phlatprinter III though, I'll also make one from wood.
