I have redrawn the square several times several different ways (using the square tool, drawing the individual lines etc but the outside square always comes out incomplete and sometimes folded back in on itself. Any help would be appreciated.

This is a bug. I have seen it many times. Just move the square down a bit closer to the 0,0 reference axis and republish.

It sounds like the plugin needs a limit set, to cut off the calc and round it up to the nearest 15th decimal place. In other words, it sounds like the program is nearing an asymptotic solution and doesn't have an escape routine.

I saw that thread but had missed for some reason your explanation. Thats just messed up, like a lot of things I am finding in sketchup :(. Sounds to me like they need some better unit testing with the special/edge/limit conditions
