Cutting is not an issue the epp was moving to the right so that when the cut was complete the foam was about a cm and a bit to the right but still staight it had not twisted. I tested this as well running the bit above the foam to make sure that it was not the cutting moving it.

By putting a guard down the one side it has stopped the foam moving. Cut came out perfect and everything lined up. So i am very happy. Will take a pick of my quick and dirty solution in the morning for you.

Now i can start cutting and playing with all the ideas that have been in my head that and the wife has a list of things i need to cut for here as well.

 Glad to hear this Robert :D
I am still considering add some guides to the Phlatprinter and this post confirms that it would be a nice addition.
Thank you for the good news

Yip I would think they will make a big difference to these fiddly foams like EPP.

On the good side I cut some depron and it was spot on. I can not complain at all. Very happy. Next up trying some 3d milling and then I need to fiddle around with that sharpie attachment.
