Still haven't figured it out yet. Should I be running slower kernel speed?

    Thanks,

I'm not sure about the kernel speed. Somehow a number of 25 is in my mind, rather than the 35 you've mentioned, but that is not what I've meant. Look in the motor tuning, under 'setting', at the ipm or mmpm. I have my X & Y axis' set at 300 and the Z at 60. Try starting with 50 and than go up if needed. I do not recall if you have the timing belt upgrade or not. If you are using the original threaded rods you may have to start with a low number.

Ok. I think I figured it out. Just need to make sure everything is calibrated before the first cut!! Thanks TigerPilot!! Also, is anyone out there running Linux CNC? Just found the 500 line limit in the mach trial.

Cut out a "Powercat...." The mascot of Kansas State University and Louisburg High School...... :good2:

Worked great. :banger: Shot a video, and will get it up as soon as I get it edited.

On the Y axis, Is there any trick to prevent the rubber hosing from coming off of the stepper motor? It holds fine to the all thread, yet seems to be slipping...
