The previous download package that I made up for the programs and method I use to create gcode for the Donek drag knife to cut Redi-Board, (DollarTree foam board) for making RC model airplanes is outdated. I just use DXF2GCODE now free opensource cam software that has drag knife option was finished 4/6/2014. I will make it available here I have included the new version in updated download package until program is ready available for downloaded from developers site. https://www.box.com/shared/4xijx42qt62ls6fx03z9

To cut Redi-Board you would need the D2 drag knife which has a 1/4" shank. Which would require a different flex tool than that came with the Phlatprinter III.
