    My grand kids are working on robotics in their STEM classes and I thought this might be a fun project.

    I cut this from a sheet of 'Dry Erase' board (I got mine from HD) using these bits.

    1/16th straight bit (Rockler) and a Dremel v-carve bit. The project is cut in two passes (using techniques mentioned by swarfer) - the first cut using the v-carve bit cuts the part numbers, the second cut uses the 1/16th bit......
