Ok Green heres the pictures you were askin for.

I was so excited that I can do the Phlat-Phlipz. This is on of the coolest
    feature's of the PP IMO.

After getting the stepers and belts set up I had a problen with Mach not reseting. Found out that the Estop active low had to be checked. I searched and searched for the stepper settings for Y & Z axis. I knew that the settings for X were the same as MKI. So I put a shout out and Crach and XtremeRCpilot came to my rescue. Crash's comp was apart but told me how he got there. He started calabrating the Axis in mach with very small amounts like .50 and worked his way up to full travel. XtremeRCpilot quickly looked at his settings and typed them in the Shoutbox " Z=437.1907338 and Y=423.0765188 "
Boy the Phlatheads here are very Helpfull ;) Thanks Guys.

    Cheers

This morning I was going to start on the lid. It stoped raining so off to the field I went. :ugeek: After a few flights and Football practice started "Theres goes the field" :x I came home to start on the lid. Looking at the MKII I decided to mount the computer and touch screen.
I love the fact that you can move it around. I kinda wish it was just a bit higher and I can do it but need some more parts from the hardware store. Ok I guess its off to build the lid.

    Thanks Mark

I was having problems joging the bit into Position with the touch screen. Then it came to me while I was making the Mach Screen smaller to fit the Small Monitor  I can slow the jog rate to 5%. Now it moves slower to set up the bit. It sure screams when I hit the **** key for fast jog. BTW I don't see the bit drift on Z YET. I will Try to get some Video up soon. :D

Woot Woot The MKII is done "For Now" There are a few things I would like to do still But, she is cutting foam now  The last two things that needed to get done was the lid and the relay. ofcourse once the lid was done I couldn't stop cutting foam to finish the relay. Now that the relay is in.

    DONE FOR NOW!

I love having the relay for the dremal shut off. I orignally wanted it just for the light on the MKI. I'm going to try to get a light on the MKII under the lid as it's sorta hard to see the bit from the top. I couldn't be happer with the PP. The PP can do everything I wanted to do plus much, much more.

    Cheers

I don't have a keyboard pluged in  The mouse is and It dangles off of the bottom of the screen so I can use the mouse wheel to pan the screen :p till I find something better. :?
Here Is a quick video of the touch screen working the relay.

At what voltage do you plan to run that light under the lid?
I built a strip of LEDs for my MKI, powered by the power supply for the controller board (27V) but there are hundreds of options from which to choose.

BTW, I love that Touchscreen! Where did you get it?

Every year I throw a Christmas Eve Party for the family in my Basement . Well there goes the R/C workshop. The good thing is my workshop gets cleaned once a year :p

Now It's time to pull it all out again. Before I get to far I decided to do a Vacuum Mod to The MKII. I used a Candy Cane method I liked how MartinT Did his Mod. I can change this top piece because the copper is not glued on. :ugeek:
In this test the Top tube is down a bit too far.

Cool ET,,,Looks great and very powerful. What type of black hose did you use( size and material? I need to work on a new one myself!! i had issues running the hose through the back of the cabinet, it bound with the flex shaft and would mess up my cuts, I think I will bring it from the front where the drawer goes :D

I'm using 3/4 heater hose and It is on the thick side. I am going to look for something else because it is sticking to the MDF to much when the gantry is Extreame left or right. I want to stick with 3/4 if I can to keep the sucking noise down.
