No. They have not been available for many years now. Your best bet would be to check this out and have someone cut the parts out for you....
Yeah it has come a long way since then. swarfer has made some huge advancements with Sketchucam.
The best solution I have for you is click on the blue ? in the toolbar which is a well written manual. Also swarfer has a lot of great tutorial...
Sounds like you might need to calibrate your machine. Also if you are working in fractions within Sketchup that could be an issue. If you switch...
I believe it was mxl also not the typical g2 pulleys we normally see. The original pulley came from www.sdp-si.com
You should pm kram242 (the designer of the Phlatprinter). He should be able to give you the part#. He might even still have an extra.

Recently Sketchucam is now using incremental mode for arcs which Mach3 does not like so you will have to use these instructions to make Sketchucam...
The step over box is the one you should be using. The inside/outside overcut is used for the inside and outside cutlines.
