    Hello all !

Im just curious. Which model would you pick ?
The one on the left ? or the one on the right ?
I cut them both and i have a preference !

Both models are the same plane...The Morback F-3p..Only miniaturized ! the one on the left is the way it was originally.
the right one , I made some changes . Attached files [IMG]

The one on the right looks a lot better to put together.

I love the Morback, but the original published layout is crappy. Definitely, the one on the right. I've made the same changes in the standard size myself. Also, I really didn't like the nose configuration and I re-drew it to be more like a Clik. I also recommend enlarging the drag plates on the ailerons.

This has and probably will be for a very long time, my favorite indoor plane as it flies wonderfully slow.I need to scrap another one together soon for the upcomming indoor season. Flying buddy of mine who, kicks butt with pushers and EDFs just didn't have the skills developed to fly with a rudder indoor, plowed it in on a 13 second flight ;-)

A micro "Ewo" version would be awesome! What is your intended power setup?

    Hi all !
Im glad to see you all have chosen the right one :)

    Toxic
    I love the morback also.
One of my all time favorite models.
I think the only reason one would opt to build the file on the left
would be limitations in foam size. I guess some cant get or opt not to buy full size depron.

Power for this 17" model will be a park 180 BL 2 cell . all parts from the Horizon Hobby Beast !
I think its kinda small at 17" for this kinda power .
I will see tomorrow when its finished ! :D Attached files [IMG] [IMG]

That is going to be sweet! But, I think you are right that it will be a bit small for its power setup. Perhaps a 20-22" WS and it will float like its big brother on rails. Built under 90gr at that size and it will be incredible on 2S 180s.

These are such wonderful planes for indoor and super calm days, I can see you are going to have a blast with this micro.

    Very nice work, Bruce!

I maidened last night and this plane really suprized me !
IT WAS NOTHING LIKE I EXPECTED.

It was gentle and flew quite slowly .
I will try to get some video tonight when the wife gets home !

I will also say this though.

Man what fun this little plane is ! :dance3:

SWEET! I love the look of this little guy.

Here is the F3P Morbak file

This thing would be suited for 4-Site gear as well !
There are 2 plane here. the one on the left can be arranged on any size foam
but its a little harder to build.

The one on the right is for full sheet depron and its much easier to build
I get 2 models per sheet.

anyways , I hope you have a great time with it .
Im lovin mine ! :D Attached files Mini Morback .skp (1.4 MB)Â
