change phlat bone preferances?

    hello is it possible to change the default tool diameter for phlat bone?

    whenever you open the phlatbone tool dialog it fetches the bit diameter from the SketchUcam parameters, adds a little bit to it, and uses that as the current value. You can then edit the value to a larger diameter if you desire.

    ok it is working correctly i just find it odd that it uses a metric bit diameter when all my measurements are in inches. thanks for the info
