I am having such a blast with my MKII and now that I am venturing outside of FFF to 3mm Depron, I thought it would be nice if we could list the different cutting bits we have used with good or bad results. I know I have seen some of you post your particular uses but this could be a place for us to enlighten each other. Non of my local Hardware stores or Depots sell the smaller(under 1/8" Carbide style bits).
Please post with a link if possible!! :D

    Thanks
    John

I like the 1/16 endmill chip breaker, it works well and has a fish tale tip on it.
(see the wood cutting thread I started here: (viewtopic.php?f=126&t=971#p8200) I've always used this bit on foam, works well @ ~40ipm.

Awesome TV, I did read that and am amazed at the results you were getting from that bit, well, that and your attention to detail :). Do you have a good source for the 1/16" bit or is Ebay a good place to start!!!

    Thanks
    John
