Here's my version of Ewo's Ewolution, It is sized for E-flite's hollow shaft park 370 and showstopper variable pitch prop system. All 3mm depron except the nose, which is 9mm EPP. the wing spars are 5mm x .6mm carbon fiber, and there will be a truss of .050 carbon rods on the fuse. All the notches on the control surfaces are for a plywood and carbon rod hinge pull pull system I am working on. I have a few things to clean up with the parts files, then I'll post them.

I've cut 2 of these and the foam parts are perfect. For the ply parts I think I need a different bit, the one I am using looks like a diamond cut. I got useable ply parts by making 5 passes (Manglerized) at 15ipm, and it took a full hour to cut. The trouble with the double dipping leaves a slightly oblong hole, but the parts are very nice otherwise.

Thanks Mark for the compliments and getting the pics on here, and Thanks Ewo for the isnspiration. The ply is 1/16 aircraft ply. I'll try to get some pics to show how the ply parts go.

    Thanks ewo.
I'm painting and assembling right now. The rear of the prop slot needs a 1/4x1 1/2 notch to clear the pitch bridge, if you are using the showstopper vpp system. Pics are on the way.
