Hi all as the title says, when I hit generate gcode, the output x,y and z coordinates are in inches not mm, when I'm working in SU8, I can see the safe working area showing mm but the gcode is in inches?? How is this possible? Any help would be great.

Mine outputs correctly for inch or mm. In the Gcode on line 9 you should see G90 G21 G49. The G21 shows it as mm's. If it shows G20 then it is in inches. What does yours show?
It might be best to post a sample file to help you more.

what version did you install? latest is under Sketchucam 0.924 (but it should be 1 I think), and I'm not sure if that still contains a bug or two I fixed, so look for my TRUEPLUNGE extentions and bug fixes and let us know if it is still a problem.
