When I was a teenager I flew gliders with the Royal Canadian Air cadets.

They use Bellanca scouts a tow planes so I decided to make one.

Here is what I have so far.

Any recommendations for motor, esc, battery, etc? Looks neat and there is a need in this neck of the woods for some indoor flyers!

I plan on uing the old standby indoor power system.

Toss in a 6-10A ESC and a small 2S battery with an 8x3.8 prop and you get loads of fun.

I havent yet figured out how I am going to handle the landing gear but the wing will be strut braced.

Got this flying last night. Needs more elevator travel but that is an easy fix.

Does really nice hammerhead turns and can flip around with just a touch of rudder.

I'll try to take some pictures and video next week.
