    Roto-casting without a motor is not fun. I've done it to many times myself. :ugeek:
    To do it by hand you need a casting plastic that can setup fast.
    Casting plastics that setup fast aren't as strong as slow cure. They get brittle over time.

    The real advantage to roto-casting is you don't use a lot of material.
    You end up with a very light casting. This would be great for making pilot busts. :cool:

    If he were to add a geared down motor it would make things a lot better.
    Jamco electronics sells geared down motors for cheap.
    It is a neat little device to have in the studio. :cool:
