I present my name is Pierre, French architect. I'm new owner of a Phlatprinter 3. I just finished building the machine a few days ago and I am having trouble with the X axis and more precisely the pressure rollers :think: :think: :think: : indeed, a deadlock occurs regularly on the X axis with the sheet of Depron . Without the sheets no problem. Initially I thought it was one of a pressure roller which was folded (which is true), not right. But finally I also think not having enough power (torque)to the motor X that I can stop easily with my fingers blocking the two rollers. I think there is also friction on two large steel rollers with gripp as they rotate without engines (I'm surprised not to see in these places some bearings ). I can be I missed something in the building? Thank you for helping me because I still have not cut a few interresting things for now.

Pier, I looked at your second video and it looks to me like you are running the x axis at way to high speed. Set the speed to 50 ipm (inch per minute) or 130 cmp (centimeter per minute) and see if the problem still happens.
