That is a sweet piece of design as well... I bet that'd scale up nicely to a 60" span!! :D

Evil-Tunes, I've noticed that you left out the stringer that the guy has on the top and bottom of the fuse sides. Any reason?

Awesome work! Thank you for doing this. Can I ask you to post the SKP file with the Phlatcode on it please? My Printer binds out that last inch or so out of the over all 22" and I end up having to re arrange parts to try and keep everything away from that far edge.

    Thanks!

    ET,

Thank you for doing this project. The BD-5 is one of my all time faves and this just saves me much time. Vleisie did a great job on the design.

Can't wait to put one together,
    Ken :D

ET. I noticed that you posted on RC Groups that you would be tweaking your model in Sketchup. What were you going to tweak? I have a friend who wants to build one and I was going to cut a couple out on the Phlatprinter this weekend. Maybe I can do the tweaking.

    Thanks,
    Tim

    Hay Tim go for it
I was thinking of tabbing the top and bottom to the sides and the parts are a tad big for sanding purposes.
If you Unhide all on the "DB5_007 1-16 V2.5 Gcode.skp" I think the org. parts from the PDF are still there.

I have been busy with other projects....A new Plane Carrier. It's called a Cushman Vanster
    [IMG]
I can drive it to the field in the colder months because it has :p Heat :p and it's 12volt so I can charge a Battery at the field.
