Here are some shots of my build so far. All parts looks good so far except 3 parts from the stand that had the tabs blown off during shipping/Machining.

I am taking a bit longer to build it as I am covering all surfaces with a slurry of hot water, rubbing alcohol and glue. this should give me a good sealed finish. give it a quick cuff with sandpaper, and then a quick coat of primmer. Wow Ross! That looks GREAT!! I love the look of that primer gray color.
The way you are sealing the parts is a nice idea and I will have try that on my next build.
Great pictures! You must have a nice camera, when I open a pic I feel like I am there working on it myself :) Thank you for sharing

thanks Mark, I will most likely color the entire thing Gunmetal silver/gray when I am done, I don't know yet. The only drawback to the sealing method is it eats up allot of glue. The good thing is, it really makes the glue drive into the part. its almost like a wood "anodizing" as the mdf is rock hard on the outside, yet slightly ply-able on the inside. I have used this process before with great success where just a little more strength was needed.
I will try to keep taking pictures, it's difficult because I am so excited, I want to just keep working on it. :D
