I got into a kick recently of trying out the x41 and it proved to be a slight challenge to get this one off the ground for a sustained amount of time. I went through so many I was desperate to get 2 of this plane out from a single sheet. I managed it but its tight. REAL tight I had to increase the permitted size of the cnc area and you really don't have more than a half inch on each of the 4 sides so take the extra few minutes and make sure the sheet is straight. I used a 1/16 bit at 50 ipm and on the mkiii ( you can get the sheet straight then feed the sheet back further to use more of the working area).
