We have a fairly small food pantry and are always looking for ways to make the space go a little further. I installed some of those pull-put baskets on a few shelves but my wife just isn't tall enough and they are too expensive to put on the higher ones. I was looking for some soup can holders on-line but they are all ridiculously expensive or too much of a one size fits all. That is why I came up with this holder.

It's a very simple first in last out (doesn't rotate the stock) ramp. I was planning to cut it out of 1/4" MDF but mocked it up in blue FFF first. I stuck the mock-up in the pantry and started rolling cans into it. To my surprise it held a full load just fine. I'll see how long the foam lasts before cutting the wood version.

The holes in front are 1/4" for a wood dowel but you can change it to whatever you have on hand.

Tim where do you find the time!
This is great and I bet you could use it for soda cans as well.
    Nice job

I put it together to see what it would look like assembled.
I really like how it interlocks so that you can add as many sections as you need.

    That's cool Tim.
For some reason I never saw this come up in the new posts, hmm.
