I got tired of my mobile tool cart at work letting my extensions and ratchets roll around whenever I move my cart from area to area so I came up with an organizer to hold everything in it's place.
It is cut from the rubber floormats that Harbor Freight sells for $10 for 4 of them, they are a half inch thick and cut nicely on the PP.
Here is the file if you want to adapt it to fit your toolbox, I will post a picture will all the tools in it after I get it to the shop tomorrow. Attached files [IMG] toolcarttop.skp (531.3 KB)Â

Now that's a neat idea.... I have some of those mats. They work great on the ground to reduce fatigue when standing :D

what kind of cutter did you use for that? did you have to stop to clean up melted foam rubber from the cutter?

used the regular 1/8 tilecut bit at 100ipm. I do use a harbor freight router speed control and had it set at the lowest speed i could get.
