Honestly, George, I am kind of out of the loop right now with the PhlatPrinters. I routinely use my PPII and PPIII, but I don't know exactly where the PhlatBoyZ are on fulfilling orders at this time, I know that they had discussed making these great machines 'Open Source', but alas, I am not certain where they are at this time with that project.
Check out http://openbuilds.com/ to see the progress of all of their Open Source projects. Now, with that being said, I am here for you in any way I can be with all of the support info you may need (electronics, spindles, etc.). Just let me know what you need! :)
Hi Wayne, David in Grahamstown. Please confirm that you downloaded SketchUcam 1.1D and if you didn't, where did you get whatever you have got (so I can make it disappear :) ). 1.1D is the latest release and is linked from the bottom of the install instructions post and also in the Resources tab. This release was specifically to be compatible with Sketchup 2014 so you really should be using it.

Hi. New to your page. Want to buy PhlatSTANG but link doesnt work. Also interested to buy a phlatprinter. I need to cut EPS, EPP, depron, and foam board, which model printer do you recommend for both inexpensive yet able to cut the above materials for say wingspans about 36" up to 48" max? Click on menu item Window>Preferences>Extensions and make sure that Phlatboyz Tools is checked. Restart Sketchup and see if it shows up.
