I got tired of my mobile tool cart at work letting my extensions and ratchets roll around whenever I move my cart from area to area so I came up with an organizer to hold everything in it's place. It is cut from the rubber floormats that Harbor Freight sells for $10 for 4 of them, they are a half inch thick and cut nicely on the PP. Here is the file if you want to adapt it to fit your toolbox, I will post a picture will all the tools in it after I get it to the shop tomorrow. Attached files toolcarttop.skp (531.3 KB)Â
Now that's a neat idea.... I have some of those mats. They work great on the ground to reduce fatigue when standing
what kind of cutter did you use for that? did you have to stop to clean up melted foam rubber from the cutter?
used the regular 1/8 tilecut bit at 100ipm. I do use a harbor freight router speed control and had it set at the lowest speed i could get.
