    Hey guyz,
Here is the prototype On AIR sign we are making for Mike 'Crash" Hancock podcast studio.
    PhlatLAB episode here: http://www.phlatforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=180&t=7418
His new studio is where the magic takes place for the super cool Crashcast http://www.thecrashcast.com podcast.
We have a lot of work to do on this project still and I am sure there will be changes, so we will post any update or changes made as well as pictures once the project is complete.
    Enjoy
    Mark and Trish

Hey Mark...if you can drill into the bottom of the plexi, where you are holding the flashlight, and set the LEDS into it, it will light more evenly.

I did a sign similar to that for Mother's Day this year, using my Sherline. I found that using the ball nose dremel bit worked best, and running multi pass was imperative. I had to play with the speeds to get it right, but it sure was cool when I figured it out!! I kept the vacuum cleaner running to clear the chips...

    It looks AWESOME!!!!
