   what bit diamiter and what is the size of the slot your trying to cut in those parts?
   also look for stray or broken lines
   I dont have sketchup installed on this computer so i cant open your file to check

   It is the bit size. I changed the bit from 1/8 to 1/16 and the wierdness went away.
