Can you post the g-code file or maybe the SketchUp file that gives you the problem or maybe both? It will help to solve the problem.

    Alexeiv,
You really need to read the manual.
Your sketchup colors and styles made it impossible for me to see what you had going on so I copied your part and pasted it into a new sketchup file and used my default parameters and got it to show up correctly.
Your Sketchup and gcode file shows you have a setting most likely wrong in the parameters menu and I don't know where it is exactly.
The manual is very well written and you should read it all the way through. Once you do this I bet you will understand what you did wrong.
This is what your default template shows.

This is the gcode that I got using my default settings.

Hopefully you get it figured out.

Because you have a strange color set selected you cannot see that your face is the wrong way up.
If you select the 'architectural design' style and
'color by materials' then you see that you have the white side up, but it must be blue side up for SketchUcam to work correctly.

Please check that in the parameters dialog the setting for 'Inside/outside overcut' is set to 100 (and read the manual to understand why)
