$20 stepper on CNCzone

    Your going to need a stronger motor. I have been through this already. Bought an 111 oz torque motor and it was still way to weak. I got a 262 oz torque motor for X and Y and have not even looked back. plenty of torque overrides any type of normal binding or misalignment and gives a bit of breathing room to crank up the speed of cut. I am talking about the first version of the phlatprinter. Just my thoughts. ;)

    I think if you go with those steppers you could aways increase your speeds with and get better results with these ZBN from (dbtoutfit) viewtopic.php?f=91&t=581&start=0
    It looks like these ZBN's would help with the stock steppers as well it would be a better system then the metal T-nut on the metal all-thread.
    Nice fine Yoram, we are always looking for ways to help increase the quality of the product without breaking the wallet at the same time :) Thank you
