i decided to cut some control horns for my foam models. i made the slightly bigger than regular, as to accommodate the bigger foamies. on the smaller models, or wanting smaller horns, with more throw, the hole is drilled in closer and the tab can be shortened. the cut is for making 4 of them with a 1/16 tool and 1/16 ply. randy.

blindflight, thanks AL....i always forget to order or buy them all the time....so i just figured i would just cut them. i set program for cutting feeds. it could probably be tweaked, but it cut fine. peace, randy.

It looks like your machine did a nice job on them. So how are you liking the overhead mod you did? I haven't put my bigger rods in yet because I'm thinking about going overhead too.

Shawn, its works the same as the original printer...except cutting against the top works better, and is more solid for the harder materials.... another thing is when i did text, i always forgot to mirror it...and now what you read on the screen that's what your cutting. randy.

Hey John, good find. I saw the grout removal tool at Lowes, but no replacement bits, and no number on the package.
