I installed the new phlatscript and now when I cut the tool gets packed with foam.

my slots are supposed to be 3/16, but by the time its finished it super big.

What should i set the router speed to?

    Thanks

What type of bit are you using?
Also, if the bit does not punch completely through the foam this may also happen. In the constants file change the 110 to 140 for cut depth.

Make sure your bit diameter is correctly listed in the parameters box . Ex, if the parameter says 1/16 and you cut with 1/8 , you'll have a 1/16 larger slot all the way around. If you change the parameters, you may need to remove and re-draw cut lines to get them correct.
It could be the bit overheating as mentioned. I also had a problem with calibration that I discovered when i noticed my slots were slightly offsized.
