F-14 Build

    The forward console is finished.Now to do the rear one.Then finish the seats.

    Does this look familiar to you guy's.Yep it is push rod exits.

    If you look close ,I even made the joy sticks from a round tooth pick. :D

    I had to find the right setting on the this camera.It had a setting for a close up view.
    My shaky hands do not help.I use a nebulizer 4x a day and that medacine makes me a little sick
    and all shaky.
    I use a Kodak C433 camera.

    The Cockpit is finished and now to glue the canopy to it.
    Glue in the earth magnets to hold it down on the fuselage. Attached files [​IMG]

    I did put the magnets on it.
    I did not have a Red LED so I used an amber one.

    It turned out really nice. Are you planning to put landing gear of some kind ?

    I am not sure about the landing gear just yet.That would be more weight on it.
    I think the one I posted was The Pimp My Ride version.He had 2 brushless motors on his.
    I only have one.He even fiberglassed his plane.I do not have the tools that he has.

    I looked at the video of his plane and he did not have the landing gears.

    Sidewinder missiles mounted.That is as close as I can get to the actual one.
    I made the fins out of 1/32 plywood.Used my roto tool to shape them. Attached files [​IMG] [​IMG]

    Its the little details that really start to set of the builds. I really like to get to a point in a build where you start to see it pop.
