How to cut slots the size of the router bit

    What about cutting slots the same size as the router bit?

    Let's say I am using a 0.250 bit and want to cut a slot 1.000" long and 0.250" wide.

    I made a rectangle 1.0" x 0.25" and applied the inside cut tool.
    A light blue line was drawn and I assumed that it was the new cut path, but when I generated the GCode there was no output for that cut. Is that a bug in the plugin?

    What is the right way to make this kind of slot?

    You need to use the center line tool for this kind of a cut. You can set the depth of cut as well.
