Yes...I'd like to get rid of my big rig in the garage and just use my laptop. My only concern is my laptop is a 64bit Windows 7 machine....

Get a SmoothStepper, and save yourself the heartburn of wondering if any glitches are created by the software or the hardware. A SmoothStepper is made to control a CNC controller board.

The smoothstepper is great from what I hear but there is a big price difference. If it were me, I would try this and see if it works. If not, your not out that much and you can still fall back to what you are currently using or pick up the smooth stepper. If it does work, you just saved yourself quite a bit of change. This is just my 2 cents.

About the card I read some where(can't remember, mach3 forum?)about teaking using the card.
The card is still sealed in the blister pack.
