Mini Phlat Lab Show 12/15/10

    This week we went over a mold casting idea we had by cutting the mold on the Phlatprinter and casting it out of plaster of Paris. We dyed the plastic of Paris with Rit fabric dye and it came out great! We also discussed a change coming regarding the Phlatprinter 3 build. We appreciate everyone hanging out :)

    Short and sweet. Very good. Maybe form the plaster mold in colored plastic and install LEDs to form a sign for the PhlatShop?

    That would be cool Buk we do have to come up with a cool way to light it. :)
    I was going to try and Phlatform it and see if I can light it from the back.

    Man, what won't you dream up next! The mold idea is fantastic! I never have thought of doing that. Wow! Another use for my wonderful machine!
