New brushes

    Well my Dremel finally went out, so I bought some new brushes for her. Well see how it goes.

    TRUE!...I think I messed something up in the dremel because I was trying to 'dig out' the carbon pieces left in the shaft so I could put the new ones in and now its stopped again. So I need to take it out and give it a good cleaning and try again.

    After "undercutting the armature" (now, doesn't that sound better, Mark?) you should probably burnish the armature with a piece of 300 grit wet-or-dry sandpaper to remove any burrs you might have created. They can cause a lot of problems until they are worn smooth.
    Yes, that means you will probably need to dis-assemble your Dremel again. ;)

    I was thinking that I would try and get away without going through all that trouble, but it looks like that is what must be done.
