I've been having some luck with using Sketchup with the Phlatboyz plugin to make cardboard boxes.

It works great but once in a while it wont perform a cut. This box was working perfectly till I rounded a few corners. Any ideas what could be wrong? When I add the outside cut, I see the line but when I view the g-code, I don't see the cut.

The contour can not get over the line of safe area

Yes, what marco said. Just move it up 1/16", so the bottom is completely within the safe cut area. btw, I don't see the transparent white phlatface texture from the top view. You should upgrade to the latest v0.924 for skechup 8. Also, that newer version has an overhead gantry option; so your outside and inside cuts will cut in the correct direction, for overhead gantry mills (which I assume you are using).
