In this show we cast a 2 part pilot figure in plaster of paris. The mold was carved in 2" thick foam on the Phlatprinter MKII. We then did a plastic pull over the two parts to test the fit of the two halves.
We also cut and build the Phlat corsair in this episode of the PhlatLAB.
