Here's the first stencil book I made to get everyone started.
Keep in mind that the book itself should be changed a little to add a little more to the back end so that it will not bind and lift up.
I will make a new one soon and it will be a good template for you guys to use with the back corrected, but for now you can start making them up :D

I used a 1/16" bit but not the chipper that I should have mine was just a 1/16" drill bit so it left fuzz on the bottom of the poster-board.
I need to get one of theses so that wont happen viewtopic.php?f=77&t=261&start=0
The poster board I got from staples in a 10 pack and it runs though the Phlatprinter just fine (look out crafters) :)

    Have fun with it :)

Here is a great video found on rcgroups thanks to Crash that will show you everything you need to know about stencil painting your foamies. The only difference is that our stencils are cut with the Phlatprinter.

lol Don't tell him that He Hates them. :D

IDK if I will use foam or Plastic for the sides and top. I will use Prob. 3" foam on the bottom same as work table. I love to just be able to throw the xnife down and stick it into the foam. You can also spread it apart to hold things like the fuse of a plane. I will post pictures when i get around to starting the project.

    Cheers
