This is simple but effective. It is 1" thin wall pvc pipe 1 1/4"long with peel and stick 1/2" wide 1/4" thick foam for sealing door and windows there is a soft foam and a harder foam I used the soft foam. Just peel and stick as you see in the first picture with half on the pipe and half above the pipe. This allows for a quick on and off. You can still see the bit to set the cut depth while it is in place. When placing the extention do not bottom it out this will reduce vacuum. I have cut 40 plus ff sheets through with this in place and it has not moved yet. Oh yeah, yes it does fit between the pressure rollers. I think it has reduced the dust by about 40%. Most of what is left kinda sticks to the sheet you are cutting. Anyway I hope this helps.

Nice one! We were hopping that you guys would come up with a good dust shoe idea and this seems to fit the bill. Way to go! :D

intresting. I though the MK already had a vac. system in place. Is this just an extention to help collect more of the dust.

Yeah, it seems to me to pick up about 40% more but some still sticks to the foam board.
