WANTED-Easy cnc Chips ?

    Hello All.

    It seams i blew a chip this morning. now im kinda up a creek.

    I was hoping someone here would have a chip or two theye would like to sell...Im having Kanipshuns now that my machine dont work... :?

    i have looked everywhere i could think to look. No luck...
    Hey do theye have those in stock dorsal ? How much are theye??

    They seem to be about $9 each, but I think you'll need to call them to get less than 300 at a time. Their webpage system is weird!

    Thanks Dorsal. But i just called Digikey and placed an order...There phone sales are there 24-7. ;) The part is normally in stock, theye just happened to be out..theye will be back in stock shortly.. she said my ship date will be around 12-23 . :( ....8 bucks and change each...

    So i must push the machine back into the corner for now. Thanks for the link with the phone #

    I got a baggie full of those. But since moved to a board that has been perfect since day one. So there they sit. Only thing I can think of for me was all the different steppers i went thru and adjustments on voltage plus vibration causing that chip to move ultimately did it in.

    Hello all !

    I got my chips the middle of last week and installed them. Made some test runs only to find my machine was loosing steps when at the furthest right of the machine. Since then i have loosen'd the stepper back to the point it was when i first started and made a test cut in the middle portion of the machine. I didn't seam to loose any steps but i do have a lot of little fuzzy,s left on the part i didn't have before that i remember Probably from a dull bit.

    Anyways here is the ear file that i just cut

    Looks ok to me , cept for the fuzzies Attached files [​IMG]

    ewo, looks fine....don't worry about the finish...its only foam.... funny, i blew out a chip last week, and im waitin on my chips, lols. randy.

    thanks ewo....i ordered right from hector "easy cnc" it seems as after a certain age ya ain't got nothin but time, lols. also its been so cold here i got plenty of time to make stuff... recently i started to research plastic vacuum forming...I'm getting a real good handle on programming the cut files needed. peace, randy.

    This is great news Trish !

    I bought 3 and still have 2 for backup. So i shouldnt need any soon (knock on wood)
    But it shure will be nice to be able to order from you in the future ....
