Yak 30 Plans

    Here is my Yak-30 this is a plane I designed last year around 9mm epp foam

    the plane uses
    1- 9 gram servo for the Ailerons
    2- 5 gram servos for the Elevators and Rudder
    1- Brushless Outrunner I went with the Motrofly 2205-1350 http://www.sdparkflyers.com/motrofly.html
    GWS 9050 Prop
    7.4 volt 2 cell 360-500 mah Lipo (20C) Pack
    light weight receiver
    1- 10 amp Brushless esc

    Im still new at this phlatprinter stuff so if you see any mistake feel free to let me know

    You're really getting the hang of it. For Phlatprinter cutting you want to add more tabs, especially around corner areas, those corners can sag and catch in the Phlatprinter spindle slot and jam you foam up. Also set your parameters, (material thickness, safe cutting area, etc.) before applying any cut paths.

    Pic below is the only mistake I seen. Also check out the Gplot plugin, it will allow you to inspect your gcode when you're done.

    Keep'em coming.
    One thing I would like to ask is we try to include the cut code as well so guys can just load the file an Phlatprint it.
    You will need to setup the material thickness in the parameters section of the Phlatscript and hit the green arrow to save the .cnc file. You can upload that file here right along with the sketchup file.
